Sell

Products, opening stock, the till, payments, receipts, credit sales, returns and closing the day.

  1. Add your products and set pricesAdd what you sell, choose its unit and tax, and set the selling price so it shows up at the till. A first product takes about eight minutes.About 8 minutes for the first product

  4. Take payment: cash, card or mobile moneyTake cash with change, card with a slip number, or mobile money with the confirmation code, and split one sale across several ways of paying.About 5 minutes to learn
  5. Print or share a receiptPrint a receipt straight after a sale or reprint one later from the Sales list, and save it as a file if you want to send it to a customer yourself.About 3 minutes
  6. Sell on credit and receive a paymentLet a trusted customer take goods now and pay later, then record their payment when it comes. Includes setting the customer's credit limit.About 12 minutes
  7. Make a quotation and turn it into an order and an invoiceSend a customer a price, turn it into an order when they accept, then deliver and invoice. Each step is a button, so nothing is typed twice.About 15 minutes
  8. Handle returns, refunds and voidsTake goods back and refund or credit the customer, or cancel a sale made by mistake. Every return and void needs a reason, so you can always explain it.About 8 minutes
  9. Sell offline and what happens when you reconnectKeep selling when the connection drops. Learn what works offline, how waiting sales are sent when the internet returns, and what to do if one is refused.About 6 minutes to read
