Suppliers, purchase orders, receiving goods, supplier bills and returns.

  1. Add a supplierRecord who you buy from, their contact details and how many days you have to pay, so orders, deliveries and bills point to the right supplier.About 5 minutes
  2. Create a purchase orderOrder goods from a supplier: pick products, quantities and agreed costs, get the order approved and mark it sent.About 10 minutes
  3. Receive goods against a purchase orderWhen an order arrives, open it and receive what came. Quantities are filled in and anything not delivered stays open on the order.About 8 minutes
  4. Record and pay a supplier billEnter the supplier's invoice, let Ziira check it against the order and delivery, then pay it. Differences are flagged.About 12 minutes
  5. Send goods back and record a supplier creditReturn damaged or wrong goods from a delivery, then record the supplier's credit note so what you owe them goes down.About 8 minutes
