Who it is for
Retail and distribution businesses where staff handle money and stock while the owner is away: shops with several branches (hardware, agrovets, pharmacies, wines and spirits, mini-marts), distributors and wholesalers who sell on credit, and single outlets with an absent owner or a lot of cash.
Service and project businesses are planned for later. We would rather do one kind of business well than promise everything.
Built so the business can be checked
Every important record shows who made it, when, in which branch and why. A void, refund, discount or stock correction needs a reason. The person who made a record and the person who approved it are kept apart. Nothing is deleted: cancelled records stay visible.
That is why Intelligence can tell a normal day from an unusual one without anyone building reports.
Controls owners can rely on
- Each person sees only what their role allows. A branch manager sees their own branch.
- Limits by amount, and the person who creates something cannot approve it where you set that rule.
- A mistake is corrected with a visible reversal, never by editing the old record.
- A history of important actions that nobody can change or delete.

What does Ziira cost?

Does it work in my country?
Currency, phone codes, tax numbers, tax codes, your chart of accounts and payroll deductions are entered by your business, not fixed to one country. See about Ziira for how this works.
Can I sell when the internet is down?
Yes, at the web till. Sales are kept on the device and sent once, exactly once, when the connection returns. Details on the selling and till page.
Does it send invoices to the tax authority?
Not yet. Taxes are entered by hand for now. A country's tax-authority connection would be added separately when it is ready.
