Intelligence for Zoho Books

Approve Ziira once in Zoho and it reads invoices, payments, bills, expenses and journals read-only, then checks them every day.

Access

You approve Ziira with a browser sign-in. The approval screen lists read scopes only. For a hard limit, approve while signed in as a Zoho Books user with view-only rights: the app can never read more than that user. Pick your data centre (the ending of the address you sign in at) and, if there are several, your organisation.

What is read

  • Contacts, items and users.
  • Invoices (with line items), customer payments, bills and vendor payments.
  • Expenses and journals.

Credit notes, inventory and locations are not read.

Limits you should know

  • Zoho limits how much an app may read per minute and per day, depending on your Zoho plan. Ziira paces itself (at most 60 requests a minute by default) and stops a run cleanly when its per-run budget is used, continuing next time.
  • Reading line items costs one request per document. You can turn that off for a cheaper read, but item-level checks and payment-to-invoice links are then empty.
  • Read daily; a large first read takes several runs.

Withdraw access

Remove Ziira in your Zoho profile's connected apps, or revoke the token. Access stops at once.

Add daily checking to the system you already use

Keep your current system, let Ziira look at it, and get a daily check of what needs attention.
