What you can do
- Receive the daily summary and urgent alerts.
- Tap Approve, Reject or Why? on a suggestion.
- Ask Ziira a question by simply writing it.
- Choose your own channel and quiet hours for each kind of message.
How it stays safe
- A WhatsApp number counts only after its owner types back a code sent to it. Only a verified number is messaged, and only a verified number is matched to a person.
- A reply runs as that person, with their own permissions. A reply can never do more than the person could do in the app.
- A number Ziira does not know gets no reply.
- Replying STOP switches off messages on every channel.
- Messages are queued and sent in the background, so they never slow down what you are doing.
How you get it
WhatsApp is an optional add-on, switched on for your business. Message wording is in English and Swahili.
